Lynn has over 30 years experience in Operational & Strategic Human Resources Management roles throughout New Zealand, Australia and Asia Pacific.

Lynn’s Human Resources experience spans the Information Technology, Telecommunications, Local Government, Utilities, Banking, Health & Wellness and Retail sectors.

She now resides on Tauranga and is focused on utilising her comprehensive knowledge & experience in the Bay of Plenty.

Her clients are often small/medium sized & start-up operations, with a real desire to get the 'people' piece of the business right before they grow - they just don't know how. Her focus is on helping organisations realise the value of HR at the onset. Some clients want the whole HR infrastructure; others are after a Learning & Development strategy; others are wanting Policy & Processes developed or Restructuring & Change Management assistance. The one thing that is constant is that Lynn’s clients understand more about HR once Lynn has worked with them and they realise how everything is linked - that they usually need more and come back to Lynn for it.
